About us

DK Property Services provide a range of services to homeowners, builders, developers, architects, in fact anyone who wishes to improve the energy efficiency of their building. This ranges from simple energy assessments, right through to complete project management of the installation of alternative energy sources. 

There is a lot of 'greenwash' floating around, people and companies will tell you anything to get you to sign on the line, an buy their products or services. They seem to think that by putting a 'green' tag on something, people will be swayed and persuaded to spend their hard earned money, even though it might not be the most suitable or best solution for their situation.

We do not work this way. We are guided by a simple principle, give the best advice to people who want to make the right choices, and they will. A half hour (or so) talk with us costs you nothing, except maybe a cup of tea! Tell us what you want to do, and why you want to do it, and we can give you as much or as little help as you want. There are no restrictive contracts or one-sided agreements, simply a solution that you decide is best for you. 

Our history is a short one, four colleagues started to work together, in a new way, supporting each other but retaining their individual trading status. This business model proved successful and enabled  DK Property Services to become known for providing quality service, going the extra mile to give our clients what they want.
